SUL12 Extruder

This project was a new production line used for making thermoplastic nets for the filtration industry. The extruder was a 6 zone, dual heat and cool with throat cooling extruder. We designed all the temperature controls, motion controls, pressure controls, as well as performed all the PLC, HMI, Drive and other various programming for the extruder and downstream equipment.
